TERMS OF SERVICE
breakage of these terms as of feb 3, 2021 result in a strike. three strikes and you will be blacklisted.
blacklisted users may not buy any art/designs from me and will be visible to anyone looking to avoid them.
1) editing of my work in any way is prohibited. you may redesign my designs, just do it with your own art!
2) crediting me properly using the correct account is required when showcasing my art/designs! see the links on the main page for my socials
3) only the current owner(s) of the character(s) and i may use a commissioned piece for any reason.
4) heavy referencing of my art, designs, characters, or brand is strictly prohibited. this violation will only be warned once.
5) my designs have a 10 day cooldown when received from me. this is to help prevent reselling for profit and does not apply to second hand purchases!
6) do not place a TOS over mine for any reason. co-ownership rules and i are the only exceptions (not that i add extra TOS very often lel)
7) WATERMARK MY ART AND DESIGNS IF SHOWCASING THEM TO AUDIENCES THAT MAY STEAL THEM. PLEASE. i take no responsibility if this happens and will no longer intervene.
8) i also take no responsibility for scams involving my designs. use your brain.
9) do not use my art/designs as clickbait for sales. aka: don’t make my art the thumbnail if you aren’t selling it. it’s a lame thing to do.
10) free/gifted art from me does not hold any monetary value and should not be added to a characters worth! both trades and commissions do count of course. gifted designs hold their normal worth. (see commissions if unsure!)
11) lastly, do not increase the price of my designs unless they come with extra art you created or paid for!
follow these and we’ll be good! i’m not a confrontational person and i really don’t want to add anyone to my blacklist!! i don’t think i’m asking for too much with my TOS but if you disagree, lmk and we can talk things out :)
